When your plant arrives do not re-pot, fertilize, or water if the substrate is still moist. Your plant may be in shock and we want to avoid anything that may jeopardize acclimation to its new home. We suggest that you do not re-pot your plant for the first 30 days. We ship all of our plants in clear pots so that you can check on your roots without the need to disturb them. We consider the loss or yellowing of a few leaves in transit, or during acclimation, normal and reasonable.

We offer a 7-day guarantee on all plants after delivery, providing the plants haven't been re-potted or tampered with during this 7-day period. We do our best to ensure that each plant makes it to their new home, safe and undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to them in transit, nor can we control what happens to them after they arrive to you. We reserve the right to reject any claim where negligence or purposeful damage has been done, including purposeful disturbing of the roots. If your plant has been damaged in transit beyond what is considered reasonable, please contact us immediately. Photos of your shipment upon arrival will be required to be eligible for refund. Each plant that we ship is unique and we cannot guarantee replacements.

If a return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
